Is it possible my dr made a mistake? said miscarriage no baby was there but i was only 2-3 weeks, could he of known it was for sure miscarriage?

Unsure: It could be difficult to diagnose a miscarriage at 2-3 weeks. An ultrasound would not be diagnostic that early, but if serial hCG measurements show a falling level then a miscarriage could have happened or there is some problem with the pregnancy.

Everything possible: of course it is possible nobody is immune from making a mistake. I am trying to understand your concern. are you concern that you still pregnant since they claimed that there is no fetus in the miscarriage. or if you had accept the fact that your pregnancy is over, why it does make any difference if there is a fetus or not. get another opinion ,that might give you a peace of mind. good luck
