Hidradenitis: You may have Hidradenitis suppurativa - which is best managed by a doctor. Sometimes an infection like that needs to be drained (too much pus). If there are some factors causing it (deodorants, hormones, etc) you need to take that into account and try to make a change. Amoxicillin with clavulanate might be good treatment, but I think a doctor should really guide your treatment: A culture may help.

Penicillin: penicillin may work, however, it has to what the infection is from and what the organism is susceptible too.
