In general: With benzoyl peroxide products. If those don't work, I usually add an oral antibiotic(Can be difficult to find the right one) for about two months + long term topical Trentoin(Complicated to use correctly and takes getting used to). If that doesn't work then I usually send patients to the dermatologist to see if they're candidate for Accutane, which works great but is tricky and can be dangerous if not used right. You can also be seen for certain types of skim peels buy plastic surgeon or dermatologist
