Benzoyl peroxide is: pretty good. I guess we won't include taking a lot of vitamin A supplements and sucking all the vitamin A oil out of it and putting it on your face ? This is NOT regulated for safety nor efficacy and you smell like a tuna.

Acne: Over the counter acne treatments are helpful for mild acne. Benzoyl peroxide is the most common treatment forund in drugstores. Some benefit from glycolic acid and benzoyl peroxide, marketed as Proactive. It is more effective but expensive. I recommend topical antibiotics - erythromcyin in the AM and clindamycin at bedtime. They are not expensive but are prescription only.

Acne treatment: First cleanse with a Benzoyl peroxide based cleanser. Then apply a oil free moisturizer. Do this twice a day. If this does not work. See a dermatologist
