See your PCP or GYN: If you're concerned "stinging feeling and fishy smell", I will strongly recommend seeing your PCP or GYN provider for more detailed history and exam. This will enable proper diagnosis, treatment/follow up and age-appropriate preventive counseling. The symptoms could be signs of infection depending on other factors in play.

Irritation: Irritation can cause the stinging feeling near the urethral meatus and clitoris. The fishy smell suggests that you may have bacterial vaginosis. I'd suggest that you get tested and treated since this is causing you some distress/discomfort. Hope this helps.
