Not by themselves: They're extremely common. By themselves, they pose zero risk. Big or numerous, they can warn of a couple of different genetic diseases depending on their configuation. Since there's nothing you can do about this until these declare themselves, and since they're quite unlikely, I suggest you simply be thankful for a healthy child. Glad you cared enough to ask.
