Sleeping pills: Depends on the type of sleeping pills & how long it lasts for. Short acting ones can cause dependency and dizziness. Long-acting ones can cause the same, plus daytime drowsiness, memory problems, confusion, fatigue, headaches, nervousness, GI upset, amnesia, cognitive disturbances.
