Unclear on question: Non Erosive Reflux Disease and a loose lower esophageal sphincter? Avoid stomach irritants - spicy food, alcohol, tobacco, chocolate, acidic food (tomato/ citrus/ coffee). Eat small meals and do not lay down for at least 2 hrs after meals. Medication like omprazole, ranitidine, sucralfate can help. The only cure is surgery- fundoplication.
