Jaw pain: The lesions on your tongue and your jaw aching are probably not related. Are you dark skinned or dark completed? If so, these bump could just be normal pigmentation or the papilla or taste buds on the tongue. Jaw pain could be something ore serious. You should have your dentist check both of these things out.

Otolaryngologist: This combination of signs and symptoms is very concerning and I feel that your Physician or,even better, an otolaryngologist should evaluate you for inflammation/infection especially in view of the referred ache in the jaw.
