Varicocele is not: the cause of testicular atrophy , in some it may the cause for infertility , other wise no need to do surgery. Fistula in ano is a painful condition , is up to you. Speak to your doctor cause of testicular atrophy in you

2 months ago, had hematospermia. US found small cyst on left epididymis & varicocele on left. No STD or UTI. PA gave abx, cleared pain & blood. Fine for month, then sore/achy in testes. Sore after ejac. Urologist says nothing wrong. Possible dx?
Saw the urologist finally. During exam he said I had a double varicocele which is causing the testicular atrophy. It could also be causing the low libido and ed. Would surgical correction of the varicose veins in the testicle reverse the atrophy ?
I was dx with epididymitis and BPH . The ultrasound showed varicocele, and small chronic left hydrocele. Two urinalysis with rfx culture were both negative. Is my epididymitis caused by an STI? Im confused?
Testicle disappeared/shrunk. Urologist first said I had some atrophy did blood work was normal, including physical exam. A couple of days later testes still small was in serious pain, he prescribed Naproxen, pain went away & size returned slightly?
