Please see your gyne: It is not normal to bleed vaginally with BMs. First a good exam is needed to make sure where the bleeding is coming from. If it is the vagina it most likely has nothing to do with your c/s. However it is worrisome you have had an abnormal pap. You could haveinglammation on thecervix from bacterial or viral infection(HPV) and be at risk of developing precancer or dyplasia.
