Don't understand?: Not sure what you are asking about the ACL? How it manifests itself after injury( symptoms, exam etc.) or how it can occur. Please clarify and I will try to answer.! Thanks

AnyKindOfKneeTrauma: ACL injuries including tear of ACL is caused by trauma to the knee. It is injured when its biomechanical limits are exceeded(over stretched) Most of the time with hyperextension mechanism.It may be associated with other injuries like Medial Collateral Ligament and Medial Meniscus Happens more often in Athletes like football,Basketball,wrestling,Marshal arts and certain gymnastics
