Acl pain: Your knee may still hurt from other damage in your knee. Get an updated xray, medical evaluation, and possibly a second MRI for an evaluation.

??: How do you know it is the acl that is hurting as opposed to something else in the knee? Unfortunately over the internet it is impossible to determine what is going on here . If it hurt enough then you must be reevaluated by a doctor preferably an orthopedic surgeon probably the one who did the surg.
