Hydration!: The most important thing is to stay hydrated. Drink a fluid that is not high in sugar. Try to drink about 6 oz every 30 minutes while awake. If you get dizzy when standing then you may be getting dehydrated and need to see an urgent care or ER. Stomach pain can be helped with Maalox, PeptoBismol or even peppermint oil

Fluids, rest: If the diarrhea and stomach ache are mild then make sure you drink plenty of fluids and it should resolve in a day or two. Most of the time this is caused by a virus or bad food. If it becomes severe and you can not keep fluids down then see a doctor right away.

Any fever: the question will be if there is any fever? stay on liquid diet, eat yogurt, and banana. stay hydrated, apply heat pad to abdomen. not better see a doctor
