Lymphadenopathy: It is hard to say without being able to see you in person. The swelling you speak of is an odd spot to have lymph node enlargement. There are many reasons for you to have swollen areas and it really depends on your medical history and what "breast issues" you are having. See your doctor: Your lump you feel between your ribs inside your breast could be a lymph node or something else. You have to get examined, perhaps the mass evaluated In pathology to be sure it is not related to breast or a benign growth tissue. Systemic, increased lymph nodes in number and size,Is concerning. NEEDS biopsy unless it is a common viral reaction. See your private MD for a professional opinion now.
