Constant left breast pain swelling itchy deep gnawing lymph node pain in top side of breast whitish discharge what else could be going on besides ibc?

Breast skin cyst: Swelling and beast pain usually associated with fibrocystic disease. This usually from obstructed duct near terminal end at nipple. Node pain never from fibrocytstic disease but other sources of possible infection. Finding whitish discharge probably from infected sebaceous cyst near tail of breast which would explain all symploms- need cyst resection if can be defined.
