Tongue sores: Do you have a habit of eating lots of citrus foods, pineapple, grapefruits, , etc. How about very salty foods or rough things such as salty candy or sour candy? You could be irritating your tongue. Have you recently switched toothpastes? Do you use cinnamon gum? It's most likely something that you are putting in your mouth. You get irritated areas and you bite them on accident at night.
