Congenital cyst: Your arachnoid cyst has little if any impact on your symptoms and is most likely a coincidental insignificant finding. This is reassuring and points toward more of a diagnosis of either migraine or tension headaches, Therapy to break up pattern seems advisable, and maybe you would benefit from BOTOX injections.
