Myokymia: Myokymia is focal discharges in bursts of 2-10 occurring randomly in skeletal muscles. More common in facial muscles but can occur in any skeletal muscle. Usually benign and of no consequence. I have experienced it for over 30 years in my hands, feet and legs. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
