Multiple causes: exercise overuse, magnesium, potassium or calcium deficiency, lack of sleep, stress, tension, anxiety/depression- for starters. Try a good multivitamin with 250- 400mg of magnesium and 600mg of calcium- available in all drugstores OTC.
