More testing needed.: unfortunately a nuchal translucency that is greater than 3.5 millimeters would be considered abnormal, however it does not tell the complete story of the pregnancy. More testing would be needed to correlate the risk of a fetal anomaly with this ultrasound finding, such as a fetal cell free DNA blood test. Consult more with your doctor, however this finding alone is not enough. Best of luck
