2 wisdom teeth extracted thursday. saturday had alvogyl placed in one extraction site. continued to have excessive pain despite also taking pain meds?

Dry socket: is common and a self-limiting condition. Your dentist should repeat Alvogyl 2-3 times until the pain subsides and then irrigation of the socket with chlorhexidine is recommended with a home syringe. Good luck.
