Pimple VS Boil: Boile is usually larger & ready to burst & express fluid & pus . At any rate , don't try to express it yourself . Go see a doctor . Anything thing that contain infection above the angle of the mouth has the potential of spreading to the brain . So please go to urgent care or your doctor to get the proper antibiotics & to have this boil drained , if that is what you have Take care
