Avoid simple sugars: It is well known that sugar-(sucrose/fructose)containing foods move more rapidly through your digestive tract. While this typically involves the first part of your small intestine/duodenum, diarrhea can sometimes result. Not sure why this has just started for you, but move your diet away from the simple sugars: continue vegetables, watch fruit and only complex (not refined) carbs/whole grain.

Osmotic diarrhea: It could be osmotic diarrhea caused by a large amount of sugar or sugar alcohols. Or you could have an intolerance to one of the foods that you are eating. If it continues, you should get it checked out with your doctor.
