Advise exam: I would advise you have your doctor take a look at it to better be able to have a definitive diagnosis for the ailment. Could be something like a fungus which topical antifungal cream could easily clear up but you won't know unless you're sure of what it is and that you can only achieve this if you have someone look at it and properly identify it.
