Clot: This may be a Blood clot(hematoma) under the skin formed when some blood congealed. Warm applications may help dissolve it. See your Physician if the lump enlarges,turns reddened or becomes painful and tender.

Get it checked: I suggest you have it checked by your doctor to find out what the large painless knot id and if it needs any treatment Is the abscess still draining and was there any packing placed after I&D
