Lots!: At this stage the uterus is just starting to fill the pelvis and pelvic and "round ligament" pain is common as the uterus shifts around. Prenatal yoga, pregnancy support harnesses and swimming pools are the best ways to alleviate the pains and help strengthen the back and pelvis for carrying baby and for labor.
