Itchy nipples: the worst cause is Paget's disease - breast cancer - very rare . It will also involve the dark circle around the nipple . It only involves one breast . At your age . This is probably not the cause . Other cause - Atopic Dermatitis - Eczema - dry Skin Sensitivity to dyes and chemicals in clothing - sensitivity to envir products - stress Treatment : non sedating Antihistamines , Steroid creams
