Possible: Implantation bleeding sometimes occurs. If you think you may be pregnant, make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin with folate (folic acid). Pregnancy tests are most accurate in a morning urine and either 3 weeks after a sexual encounter or one week after a missed period.
