5-10 days: primolut is norethindrone a ecetate,a progesterone. To cycle your mense with primolut you have to take 1 tablet every day for 10days every month. If you have normal, regular periods you should not be talking primulot. See your gynecologist for supervision and evaluation of exciting problem.
