No: Cellulitis: You didn't mention trauma, cut, pain or warmth but I'm concerned about possible spreading infection ie cellulitis. Go get evaluated now. Go to Urgent Care or ER (A&E if you're in the UK) if necessary. Don't wait. While getting things together, mark off area of redness w/ballpoint pen or other indelible marker. Date & time it then take photo w/your smartphone so docs can determine rate of spread.

No: This sounds like you have a case of cellulitis. You should see a doctor as soon as possible to be evaluated. You may need antibiotics. Get well soon, and don't delay!
