My left shoulder has pain in the muscles..my left axilla stinks like bo..bad bo .. left breast is full..more than right?

Infection?: Perhaps you have an infection, either cellulitis or abscess, leading to fullness, pain, and possibly malodorous body odor. Only way to figure out what's going on is to go see your Family Doc for evaluation. Speculation won't help. In meantime, you can apply warm compresses to area to focus body's immune system. Some pus pockets can drain on their own so don't be alarmed if that happens.
