Radiating neck pain: Pain due to pinched nerve in the neck or upper back bay cause your symptoms. Based upon age, dangerous problems aren't very likely. A disc herniation in the lower part of your neck--c7-t1-2, could account for these feelings. Try some nsaids and mckenzie exercises, ice/heat, salonpas patches. Spine doc eval if not improving.
