Black flashes: Would follow up with optometrist ( as they are more accesible) today. May be dry eyes but could also be retina issue like detachment or autoimmune condition. Follow up today with optometrist.

Hi, I am seeing a couple of floaters in my eyes since day before yesterday and I'm really scared. There is no loss of vision or flashes though.
Sometimes I get phosphenes in my eyes wich will cause a black or grey after flash image and I cannot see through it and the phosphenes will move around inside the patches. Then my vision will go back to normal?
