Psychiatrist: I am concerned about symptoms of anxiety and depression and I feel that a psychiatrist should evaluate, advise and treat these important symptoms for you if you are experiencing these symptoms. Don't let them get ahead of you and please get help if you need it.

And the question is?: With this very limited interface, questions & answers must be very well thought out & very succinctly stated. Depression is a broad label, often for internalized anger & an ongoing choice to give up. Anxiety also broad & a nonspecific cover for a variety of feelings, including anger, depression, fear. The big issue for both are the life specifics driving them; meds for feelings do not solve.

OK, ask the question: and we'll try to answer. So far, there's not much of a question.
