Intestinal Bleeding: It's certainly possible that after a history of bulimia you might be more susceptible to ulcers that can cause bleeding but you're young and my guess is the chances of that are low, but non-zero. Talk about this with your doctor and get a guaiac test to determine if blood was truly found in your stool. Sometimes iron supplements can give black stool as well. Good luck.
