35 year old male here. i recently had stools with red solid pieces in the stool. could this be blood? i had just had ate an apple and had spaghetti the night before. i suffer from hypercondria and anxiety?

Solid red pieces in stool could be from hemorrhoids, or intestinal bleeding. Crohn's disease, ulcers and cancer .Since you are suffering from the aforementioned than get yourself examined by an Gastroenterologist immediately. At least you will know is the cause and be treated accordingly An apple, or spaghetti doesn't cause blood in the stool.
