Swelling: Swelling, pain and redness can be indicative of many things such as strain, rupture, infection and nonspecific inflammation.

Get it checked now: An extremely red and swollen area on your inner thigh which is painful to touch and that hurts to walk might be indicative of a very serious condition. An infection of the soft tissues such as cellulitis, abscess, or even fasciitis could cause this. A blood clot could also mimic these symptoms. While more minor issues are possible, you should seek medical attention immediately.
