Abscess,: You have an abscess: an infection, probably, that could be due to an ingrown hair or to an infected cyst. or other causes. Get checked, antibiotics may be able to help quite a bit, or it needs to be drained. It will likely get worse without treatment, so get seen today. Why suffer longer?
