My gf and me did it for about 5 seconds 8 days ago now 1 or 2 days before shes supposed to get her period shes spotting brown blood what does it mean?? ( she wasnt on her fertile stage)

Also, what about using some form of contraception? Condoms? Birth Control? Think about it!
