No tubal?: Endometrial ablation is very good for treating heavy periods. Its generally not done without also doing a tubal ligation. If you didn't have a tubal ligation, you should use protection as pregnancy is not recommended. Not all women stop their period all-together like you did. Some women still have lighter periods. Those women that do stop having periods can begin having them again.
