Normal: After an ablation, normal can be no bleeding all the way to having normal regular menses. If new issues arise, see your doctor.

Yes, it can be.: Some women do develop recurrence of uterine decidual tissue, aka endometrium even after ablation. The bleeding should not be heavy, but should be cyclical, if it's truly decidual bleeding. So if you are spotting frequently and it's not timed like menses, have GYN check you. You should notify the doc who did your procedure that this is occurring. Also make sure that you aren't pregnant, use a HPT.
