Is ulcer disease/fatty liver common in ppl who eat fair amount of junk/sugar but are around 9pounds underweight and have no fam history of nash?

Different diseases: Peptic ulcer disease is usually the result of congenital predisposition as well as lifestyle, irregular meals, smoking, etc. NASH is most commonly encountered in patients with diabetes and based on the eating habits described that will have to be ruled out. I do not see an immediate link between ulcer and NASH.
