Pinky Bump: Can't tell without seeing. However, I am certain this is not a plantar wart. Plantar warts occur only on the soles of the feet! see your dermatologist or primary care physician to make sure it's not malignant. It "sounds" as if it's a plain old wart . .

Warts usually-: Have a rough surface and may grow slowly with time. If it has a smooth surface this may be a ganglion cyst or other growth. It would be best to show this to your doctor.
