Perfectionism and: procrastination go hand in hand. Just do your best and don't wait until some imaginary perfect time to do things. More about this can be found in a chapter of "Feeling Good" by David Burns. Peace and good health.

Open your mind: Maybe sports aren't for you. Open your mind to other physical activities that perk your interests a little more. Don't force things - it's very unlikely you'll stick to something that you don't like. Try walking, biking, hiking or swimming. These can all just be done at your own pace and might be a better fit for you. Take care!
