I have ether low platelets and high rbc count or high platelets and low rbc count?

Which one?: Without knowing that, it is difficult to provide a very helpful answer. High platelets can result for a number of different stressors and is not usually cause for alarm. Low platelet levels can be more worrisome, but do not usually warrant any special precautions unless

?: Well, which is it? ..... Actually you list ITP, so you have low platelets. (that would not make your rbc count high though).
