Watery nose, eyes: Could be due to a drying out of the tear film from wind or just being outside: this causes reflex tearing which causes the nose to water. Could also be due to allergy (ie if itchying): Rx drops may help; Use sunglasses to help. See lid hygiene at eyedoc2020@blogspot.com to help if it is a drying out of tear film.

Allergies. : Sounds like allergies, specifically environmental allergies. Depending on the time of year, could be related to ragweed, grass, pollen.
