Slow and steady: It sounds like you are making good progress. Slow weight gain will not tax your body and is more likely,to become a healthy way,of,eating. Rapid weight gain is more likely to overly tax your,body,which can be dangerous. Manage your exercise as well. Keep it moderate if you have been exercising. It is important to be followed by your doc, a nutritionist, and,therapist during,this process.
