Chest pain: Usually 4 yr old children can not express how they feel. The pain could of gastric origins uh as acid reflux or chest wall pain. but because of previous Hx of a heart murmur get her checked again. Good luck

Not cardiac: most probably muscle pull, no need to worry, just keep her regular follow up on her murmur if she had any
