Not likely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your thyroid function results are normal and are not the likely cause of your symptoms. These symptoms are more likely due your being in menopause. You may consult your gynecologist.
